Descubren antiguo templo
Arqueólogos en Perú han descubierto un templo que se cree tiene 5000 años de antiguedad. Este hallazgo se ha realizado en una de las alas de la pirámide central de El Paraíso, uno de los mayores sitios arqueológicos situado cerca de la capital, Lima. Se piensa que miles de ruinas quedan aun por ser descubiertas, haciendo de Perú un destino interesante para arqueólogos e investigadores.
Ancient temple discovered
Archaeologists in Peru have discovered a temple estimated to be 5000 years old. This temple has been found in one of the wings of the main pyramid at El Paraiso, one of the biggest archaeological sites situated near the capital, Lima. Thousand of ruins are thought to remain undiscovered, making Peru an interesting destination for archaeologists and researchers.

El lunes pasado se transmitió en la televisión local el primer debate presidencial de la historia de Kenia. Los debates son una buena forma de informar a los ciudadanos para conocer las opciones representadas por los diferentes candidatos, así como también para ayudar a los candidatos a promover sus propuestas en igualdad de condiciones.
First debate
The first presidential debate in Kenia history was aired on local television last Monday. Debates are a good way for citizens to learn about the options represented by different candidates, as well as to help candidates to promote their proposals in equal conditions.

We thank Carlos for sharing images of a monument built to recognize the 50 year anniversary of Nelson Mandela capture and imprisoned, in 1962. Constructed by sculptor Marco Ciafanelli, the sculpture spans 50 steel columns representing these 50 years but also suggesting the idea of many making the whole, of solidarity. “It points to an irony as the political act of Mandela’s incarceration cemented his status as an icon of struggle, which helped ferment the groundswell of resistance, solidarity and uprising, bringing about political change and democracy”, says Ciafanelli.
